Yes, the images are powerful, but ultimately, the decision is ours. Men can help and support us in this, but the decision really isn't theirs. Personally, I have a great rack. 44DDD. I sleep on my back not because I can't sleep on my stomach, but because I get a deepers sleep on my back. I don't have any back issues because of my breasts. Sure they sag some. Most this is just the nature of bigger breasts. They do that, and there is nothing wrong with it.
