It seems to keep quite well within its sell-by dates. I have no complaints about it at all. ;-) Of course, I also have a whipped cream maker that uses the little nitrous oxide cartridges. That's fun because you can add you own flavorings. But for some odd reason I'm always out of cartridges.... Possibly older. It's very hard to tell. Establishing age from photographs is so difficult that some courts won't even hear so-called "expert" testimony on it any more, because there's so little reliability to the results. I could be wrong in this. But since there doesn't appear to be anything going on that our culture prohibits to children, so what?
