:laugh: I didn’t walk funny, well, not after I got my thong unstuck from my hair….Since she got me started doing them, I’ve been doing them every day, mostly while shoveling but also while doing computer work. Don’t know if they’ve helped yet, and don’t have anyone around to, um, do some testing on. ;) :(

We get a lot of snow where I live..and lots of shovelling. I’ve never thought about it before but it explains the fact that I only have amazing big O’s in the winter. :satisfied:
