I agree with needing trust but moving the waterwheel should be effortless due to what looks like counterweights on the opposite side. Further, I just saw a Japanese gameshow where 8 or 12 people were tied to the same wheel. I’d be more comfortable in the dungeon then the gameshow.

The photo reminds me of the 80s video “Wild Boys” by Duran Duran. I believe Simon LaBon almost drowned during the filming of the piece, but remember this was in the 80s and maybe the technique was all wrong at that time.

Last year, I answered an ad in the Village Voice from insex.com. It turned out their factory was within walking distance. I saw their incredible production loft and read their application, but the money sucked. 500 to a grand for a ten hour day of bondage and torture. Turning tricks seemed easier. Plus that’s not what I’m cut out for. They themselves weren’t pleased with their profit margin. But one has got to admire the artistry and master craftsmanship that goes into each production. By the way they always seem in need of rope apprentices.
