My grandmother and I once sat down over a bottle of bourbon and compared our sexual histories for hours until the bourbon ran out. I found what she had done absolutely fascinating, especially the affair she had with a Catholic Priest. I had no problem with images of her and him. Go Grandparents!

I like it, too, but with emphasis on her “out of the blue”, and possibly coming from the same grandpa who was drunkely yelling “harlot” at her for writing a sex column in a later paragraph of her complete article.. well, that’s shocking and confusing. BTW, hardcore silent movies are hot! Very bisexual, and the first act is frquently head for the woman, not head for the man. Ask grandma whether that was true, if you dare. ;)

My grandma: complains about the quality of sex in her marriage, freely admits the best sex she ever had was with a married man, and has had competitive discussions with me on how many orgasms in a givin length of time. She’s also a born-again Christian, totally religious, speaks in tongues when praying in the spirit, and practically runs her church. Last week I came out to her as a sadist. She took it with a smile and a “nice to know” attitude. My grandma rocks. :D

Having come from a prudish backround where no family member ever shared anything sexual with me I can’t help but envy that.

Indeed, after my mother finally left my father and I found that she was bringing much younger men home from bars I was very proud of her.

I’d have been proud to have that grandaddy and to have heard his story.

My first thought on reading this was ‘Way to go, Grampa!’. Can you imagine the stories? And as far as picturing your parents, grandparents, etc. actually having sex goes…Where do you think you CAME FROM? I think it’s wonderful.
