the funny thing is that the pic doesn’t look so awful. but you need to ask anyone who has ever been punished by being required to keep nettles in their panties and you will learn how painful it is, as others here have indicated.

Having tried this I can only suggest that you all try it
Having tried ginger and lots of other forms of vaginal pain I really do recommend nettles the pain is more intense and lasts so much longer.
