This is definitely possible, just not common enough so we would have porn stars/exhibitionist women who do it for the camera. There are plenty of guys who can suck themselves off, and some of them (i.e. Al Eingang) can go as far as getting their whole penis in their mouth. There are no doubt women who are just as flexible as Eingang and by extending their tongues would be able to achieve this feat, even if only briefly. Plus women tend to be more flexible than men, and with so many of them who do yoga and gymnastics, there must be a few who have this ability (but may not know it yet!)… we’ve just yet to find them.

Back then women sometimes did have a couple of ribs removed (in order to fit better into tight corsets), here at least is a potential side benefit to doing that.
