Her reaction? It's totally unworkable. When giving birth, gravity is your friend. In that silly-ass position, the baby would have to climb up, out of the womb. And even if I were disgusted by that picture of bad statuary (I'm not) it's a huge unsupportable leap from there to saying I'm disgusted by childbirth (which would be just damn silly.)
