The nonsense advice of "It's the personality what counts" is pure BS. Yes, it's important, if you can't stand 5 minutes with the person it won't have much future even if both want to jump each other's bones at the drop of a hat, but if you don't feel even a tingle when you're with that person it's just the same. I discovered that the hard way, hurting somebody who didn't deserve it in the process, been A LOT more careful of being sure there's chemistry since then.
