A harpy is usually shown as a woman with wings and talons. This critter seems to have a lion's body (hence the gryphon comments upthread.) Sphinxes normally have human faces though. Anyway: What creature has no breasts in the morning, a heckuva a rack at noon, and saggily pendulous knockers in the night? I’d say it’s closer to a greek sphinx.
