It always makes me laugh when you see something as obscene as that (in a good way) and they fuzz out the that one tiny bit.

That is extremely common in Japanese erotica. From what I understand it isn’t allowable to show the nipples, the head of the penis, the vaginal opening, or any penetration, but anything else is just fine. Never could understand it myself.
I’d find it far sexier if the breasts, particularly the nipples, were a little more realistic. They just seem like they’ve been taken from another picture entirely and glued onto her chest (possibly with semen!).
Other than that, can I be next in line?
