I too think her tongue is sizable. However, the picture could only be interpreted as an innuendo or as a silly picture since the panties are very small in size.

I was going to comment on the amazing tongue she is sporting, but it appears Dr.Whiplash has beat me to the punch. So I will mention the baffling underwear she is holding.
