I buy the donkey member and stallion cum part, but I&#039;m a bit sceptical about the first part.  &quot;She became mad with desire for sex with those, ...&quot; would be a more precise translation, I think. &quot;concubitus&quot; just means sex here, not used in the sense of the modern word &quot;concubine&quot;.  A male prostitute would be &quot;paelex&quot; or &quot;scortum&quot;.
