This comment is three years late, but I’ve seen a fair number of photos of Hilary from the time she was running for president and they all seem to have those wide eyes.

Her campaign staff must have told her to do that. Perhaps to avoid looking droopy-eyed or disinterested.

Or maybe her contacts were bothering her.
