If I’m correct in identifying the artist, this picture puts the “wood” back into Wally Wood.

The story Chris@#7 mentions is “The Bridge” by Piers Anthony. Being contrary, but the story would NOT have been “perfectly illustrated” by the picture here; the tiny little woman in “The Bridge” had a very, very, VERY stretchy vagina. (I remember being creeped out by the mental image. But that tends to happen when Piers Anthony writes sexually explicit stuff.)

This drawing reminds me of a science fiction short story that I read many years ago. The whole story revolved around the appearance of a tiny, perfectly formed woman. The guy to whom this woman appeared, and the woman, wound up falling in love and, as it was explained in some detail in the text, the climax of their lovemaking would have been perfectly illustrated by “Old Faithful”, as shown above.
