One of the things I strive for at ErosBlog is to create the kind of community where we can admire pretty naked ladies without it being obligatory to make remarks about fucking them.
Not because we wouldn’t, or don’t want to — but because the remarks, even when a jesting intent is clear, tend to lower the tone around here and set a limit on the sort of people (hint: women) who will feel comfortable hanging around with us.
One of my theories way back when I decided to start up a sex blog was that it ought to be possible be male and horny and unapologetically fond of looking at naked ladies while simultaneously not being loutish about any of these.
Anyway, Justin, I’m not picking on you about the comment, not more than a little. But I’m calling bullshit on the “obligatory”, as part of my ongoing campaign to keep this sex-drenched den of iniquity a classy joint, to the fullest extent of my abilities.
I wholeheartedly agree. Being one of these women you mention, I find it much more enjoyable to read comments about the photo (and the subject’s wayward breast) because that’s what I thought when I saw the picture.
And I’m sure Justin meant no offence, in fact he distanced himself from the comment as well, but it tainted his post anyway with that slightly neanderthal edge.
That kind of comment just seems to say “Me = man. Have penis. Must tell world! All your women are belong to penis.”
It would be nice just sometimes to discuss a cute picture without a bunch of men* running in waving their cocks around.
*Note: does not apply to all men.

I didn’t want to jump on Justin too hard because he kinda pulled his Neanderthal punches, but I delete half a dozen attempted comments a day from folks whose entire contribution is some form of “I’d like to fuck her.” Sorry dudes, try to keep your dick in your pants around here.
Funny aside — the last comment I deleted, mere moments ago, was a comment on one of my naked man pictures, saying “I’d like to suck that cock.” I don’t know the gender of that one.
I am a big fan of the ‘raised T-shirt/bra-less female’ genre of snapshots. I think it’s the friendliest gesture any woman could make. I love the way it nearly always makes the flasher smile in a not-so-forced manner, and it also gives them a certain ‘girl-next-door’ appeal. This simple act generates more positive vibes than anything I’ve seen on the news for months now. Bless you for posting TWO of them in a row.
