Veltyen: Thanks for the ID! I’d entirely forgotten about the “real Rolls, but rebodied by a French coachbuilder” possibility — which is, of course, completely obvious in the styling in retrospect. Those door windows are quite something.

And, in case it wasn’t clear from my earlier comment — I’m with Bacchus; I want one. (Though, really, I want the half-size sporty version; that car looks huge in all sorts of ways that my garage and gasoline budget aren’t!)

I took the dress as a see through sheer black evening gown. Tragically the image is zoomed far to far out to tell for sure. :)

If anyone has a fetish for attractive young women wearing chauffeur caps and g-strings, then looking for exotic rolls royce models is an excellent place to start. The cars look spiffy as well. :)

1925 Rolls-Royce Round Door Phantom I Aerodynamic Coupe

At least the one I could find that looks near identical.
google: “round door rolls” finds a fair few hits for it.

From other odds and ends I’ve found online it was custom modified in france in the 1930’s to that distinct shape.

Admittedly most Rolls appear to come with a semi-naked blond as a standard accessory.

Wow, that’s an impressive car.

Wow, I say.

But what is it? (Grille notwithstanding, if it’s actually a Rolls Royce, I’ll be very mistaken. It looks like a modern neo-classic creation, but by someone who actually got the design language all right, rather than having the weird clunky ’80’s/’20’s hybrid style that most neo-classic cars seem to end up with.)
