		<description>It's entirely possible that the foot-nipple was this woman's twin sister.  I first encountered this concept in Stephen King's "The Dark Half" but it is a documented medical phenomenon - sometimes an egg divides into what would be identical twin babies, but one of them is absorbed by the other as it forms.  The tissue that used to be the potential second baby is normally impossible to detect, but sometimes it can be triggered to develop - there are different theories as to why.</description>
