Largissimo is actually Italian, I believe, and is a tempo marking in music meaning veeeerrrrryyyy sloooowwwlllly (<40 beats per minute).

It sounds like they were trying to say a slang word for large in spanish. So basically the g would be pronounced like he. not good at phonics but larheeseemoo.
