Except for a brief "oops!" / "wardrobe malfunction" of her waistband, she had to cover her belly-button on her "I Dream Of Jeannie" show by wearing a high-waisted costume with "cut-outs" which looked like a whale-tail thong peeking out of a belted skirt or second set of low-rise panties. Even the "cut-out" feature was patched with fabric! The only time you got to see her navel, was in publicity stills! It was a creative solution to an outrageous requirement.
