Hey, at least they’re not afraid of the not so subtle innuendo! Hell, you couldn’t get even close to that in Haight Ashbury much less downtown Bismark!

Once while riding a bus in Singapore, I spotted a sign adjacent to some new construction: “This new erection sponsored by the Ministry of National Development.”
