The Man certainly doesn't seem to be in any pain, enjoying the view of the dangling breasts of the pretty vixen standing over him, and the "Bitch" is clearly divine looking. In fact she looks more "Divine" than "Bitchy". Hey, I wouldn't mind having cream pie spread on my lips while enjoying a view like that...
