This looks more like she is trying to bite off the head of corn or even check to see if the diamond is true or not. Though I can see where some individuals see a bit of a sexual image within it.
When I posted a comment earlier, little did I know that the spectre of tentacle sex with “Doc Ock” was such a popular fantasy.

Suicide Blonde is right — it’s an old dental X-ray device. I’m old enough to remember similar equipment. It’s attached to a large cabinet about the size of a small refrigerator.
