Which was what I was trying to get at with my question, Justin.
However we live in a world in which people — and presumably yaoi characters — are free to use whatever gender pronouns they like with at least some hope that others will respect that preference. So I thought maybe Dan had picked up some indication on the artist’s page that the Ezra character goes by “her” despite the dangling tackle.
Is it still Yaoi if one of the male-bodied participants is Transgender?
