I hesitated to begin a comment here, because I didn’t want to be a “Debbie downer” ( no “Debbie Does Dallas” pun intended here…), but it appears that shes violating the “Cardinal Rule” (honestly, I’m not trying to be punny…), of deep throating here.
I don’t see a base (or testicles), on this dildo, to prevent her from swallowing it too far, and choking. It happens!
In fact, it reminds me of a recent TV program depicting an event where a man entertaining acquaintances by swallowing billiard balls, and then bringing them back up, choked to death on the slightly differently-sized white cue ball.
