At some point, it was captioned, “This Ought To Attract Some Attention When I Put It In The Window”.
The youngsters among your readers may not know that before his death, Vargas became a regular contributor/feature in Playboy magazine (after Hefner snapped him up when Esquire mag dropped him, to avoid censorship pressure from the U.S. postal service).

Like the Manara you posted nearly a week ago, this artist regularly draws women who have been “tweaked” (no pun intended), almost imperceptively to produce hypersexualized honeys, usually with deliciously perky breasts. I love ’em!
