Where do little centaurs come from? They arrive pretty much in the usual way, by the usual methods:

The watermark in the corner is a little hard to read, but I managed to fiddle with the picture a bit, get a pretty good guess, and find the rest with some searching from there.
The artist is the Phantom Inker. His main page is at phantom-inker.com, and he’s got Tumblr/DeviantArt/etc links from there.
