To me it looks like a light saber with a pair of brass knuckles welded to the bottom.
It doesn’t seem to have the symmetrical bottom that a candlestick is likely to have.
Perhaps some phallic found object? Some reader may eventually recognize it…
I can’t really tell what it is, but she seems to know what to do with it be the other lady’s expression!
