Her Mostly-Decorative Wrist Shackles
Judging by the enthusiasm model Devilynne brought to her rough-sex live show at Sexually Broken, it doesn’t seem like the wrist shackles she’s wearing need have any purpose beyond the merely decorative:
However, I suppose it’s possible the shackles may help provide a bit of welcome stability during the rather vigorous double-fucking she gets during the fuck-bench portion of the liveshow:

The nice thing about wrist shackles, even if they’re not connected to anything, is that they keep the slave mindful that they COULD be connected to something. You’re already half restrained, so you aren’t entirely free. It’s a less extreme version of the mentality enforced by a shock collar. I’m not shocking you now, but I COULD shock you anytime I want to, so that’s always in the back of your mind.
Oh sure, it’s ALL fun and games, until SOMEONE gets double-fucked!
I get the impression those shackles WERE connected to the scaffolding pipe she was holding and she definitely looks disheveled in that last still that you posted.
