DjavanAce, I actually agree with you. The Stockroom used to have well-known fetish photographers take awesome pictures of all their gear in use, but over the years they stopped doing it, and in the recent “upgrade” of their site they mostly stopped displaying those pictures. Now it’s just the product on a stark white background for the most part, and it’s just not as useful.
I couldn’t even figure out how this thing worked at all, until I realised the tail hangs Between the legs, not behind the person, and that it’s not a close shot of it at all. Perspective, a funny thing. Which makes the actual plug quite a whopper!

I still can’t see how it functions. If the butt plug is fully inserted into the rectum, surely the tail curls upwards between the cheeks and points towards one’s head. This however would leave no room for an inserted penis to point upwards, and the connecting shaft, seems like it would at best deviate the penis to the right or the left, as it otherwise appears to be obstructive.
I finally realized that there were probably three interconnected holes in the dang contraption, at the terminus opposite the tail end, but this did nothing to help me understand the thinking that went into the design!
Someone at the Stockroom needs to produce a side view cross sectional drawing of this object seated firmly in place.
I’m now guessing you have to somehow simultaneously insert the ENTIRE cock and balls into the opening closest to the inner (concave), portion of the main shaft, and somehow pull the testicles through the opening in the concavemost part of the main shaft’s terminus all the while allowing the head of the penis to emerge from the remaining opening which most nearly points towards the tails top end?
