She’s Talented With Tassels
At some times in some places, strippers and burlesque dancers were prohibited by law from showing their nipples. Of this necessity, they often constructed a virtue: wearing pasties with tassels, and doing things with the tassels that were sure to delight and astound male audiences.

My Burlesque instructor once treated us to a display of coordinated nipple tassel twirling, and then dropped trou to reveal tassles attached to her buttocks, with which she then delighted us all with a demonstration of how you can twirl those as well.
You gotta love a skilled professional.
