Can somebody please point me to an internet resource describing the sexual use of these things? I can’t imagine there are too many people enforcing fecal incontinence on the long-term residents of their dungeons, right? Are people being penetrated through the central holes in these things? Is it for visual access? Perhaps all these things are true. I just can’t say. The promotional copy wasn’t very enlightening:

MEO sells a similar product that also has matching rubber plugs for the holes available, but it is sold as stretching rings. One effect that the holes in the plugs have is to remove any control the wearer has over when they release flatulence. In theory, the wearer might be able to defecate whilst wearing the plugs, but their stool would have very soft and cleaning afterwards would probably require the use of a bidet or similar.
A better alternative for attempting such things might be the “permanent plug” that they also sell, which has a threaded removable core. The thread on the hole is designed to match plumbing fittings, so that it is possible to attach a shower hose directly to the plug for delivery of an enema.

I would guess this toy is primarily for diaper fetishists. If I understand that fetish correctly, loss of control over bodily functions is a big part of it…

Okay, wow, I rarely have to step in and be the person who knows what a toy is for on Erosblog. Really guys? My ex owned two different sets of these — the stretching rings, and the more butt plug shaped ones that were also hollow.

Purchased the XL – The first few times of fitting were a challenge but with a lot of lub in it went. Multi-day wear is possible and it leaves the wearer fully open. Interestingly, if the wearer tries to push down to expel the plug, nothing moves and they unavoidably soil themselves. If they behave themselves and do not push down, they eventually soil themselves.
