Vintage bondage photos are everywhere, but these ladies just struck me as prettier than normal for the genre:
Pictures like this also make me wonder whether we didn’t lose something when we minimized the number and size and complexity of lady’s undergarments….

With regard to “whether we didn’t lose something when we minimized the number and size and complexity of lady’s undergarments….” I’d say it’s a fuckin’ sin we lost it! God, bring back complex undergarments!
A lady ought to only get into those complex undergarments if she has multiple, patient partners willing to help get her in…and out. It certainly takes more time, talent and hands than most of us have on a daily basis! :)
i wonder about the conversation to get into that photo. was it a now-a-day, “honey, i’d like us to find a pretty young lass, bring her home and tie her to the curtains.” or was it, “how much for you two broads? i’ll make yous famous.”
Everyone used to take more care in how they dressed — just part of the changes of our times. But I take the time to dress Hiromi properly at least a few times a week, to keep her hand in. Great photo! It takes the right butt to get those to work, so all due credit to the blonde!!
Just wandering in from looking at Bai-ling’s freaky Playboy spread. She’s as hard and skinny as bamboo. It’s not just the underwear—these women look nicer because they’re rounder, softer, a little plumper.

Like almost everyone else who’s commented, I definitely agree on the old-fashioned lingerie idea. I absolutely adore the stuff – pretty shapes, plenty of hooks and ties, much more fun to get in and out of! (I especially like the ruffles on the butt and the backseams on the stockings.)

What DTG said — beyond the obvious appeal of the frilly backed panties is the fact that they are on a gorgeous round bottom and the there are thighs — lush shapely thighs in the picture too! :)
