Humm. Anyone notice the Hudson’s Bay Company blanket underneith? Those are made of brushed wool. Very cozy and comfy … if the melon isn’t.

That is a Hudson Bay blanket. Cozy, comfy, very warm, and *very* expensive. It would be a pity to spoil one by gooping it up with lube.

However, to continue the blanket geekery, that is a *modern* Hudson’s Bay blank, not a vintage one. The modern ones are made from a (relatively) inferior wool, and have more garish colors. My mother would have sneered at this one; the more vintage ones were *much* softer, warmer, and cozier.
