I’ve already got a number of suction-cup-affixed handles for the shower, I figure a verbal command to hang onto them and appropriate penalties for disobeying should be sufficient.

Oh, yes I know, the handcuffs and scarves (etc) are excellent for that, but sometimes you want the mind to be the only barrier.
