Would it tap, or would it scratch/massage? It seems a rather odd place to scratch (I would pick lower down the back), but I could see that being quite arousing if it were the right motion.
Looks more like scratching to me, too. At exactly the spot you can’t reach when it itches. Very practical. Not so erotic, though….-
I also wonder about the flashlight at the far right.
