You don’t necessarily expect much from a blog post called A Proper Cup Of Tea. But it starts getting more interesting (if you like tea, it was already somewhat interesting) when the instructions get to:

Hmmm. Isn’t there the danger of hot tea getting spilled and injuring both parties? Also, is the woman serving the man tea, or does she drink it herself to prepare for the service she is about to provide? Indeed, I find that caffeine improves my concentration and stamina, and who doesn’t like a nice tea party?

Please do let your American and Canadian visitors know that whilst a cream tea is a wonderful and delicious thing it is not quite as rude as it sounds.
As for spilling one’s tea during this event it is to be noted that British men are expected to show tremendous self control at all times. Some people think that is because we are a cold and emotionless race- it is really to prevent accidents during bouts of oral sex.
Good Lord, how is that noone of my acquaintance has shared this ritual and its benefits with me before? This must be practiced often and with care.
The next order of business is to develop a reciprocal guide for gentleman who wish to thank their ladies for a proper performance of the afore-mentioned ritual.
