Back in the 60s underground cartoonist Spain Rodriguez had a chair like this in one of his SM-politico-Science fiction stories, although I believe his also had a motor dildo and nipple excitors available. It was part of the recreational equipment on an all-female crewed starship.

actually it is in the paris erotic museum and the tongue looks like it is very soft. it rotates and they provide lubricate for free. never tried though, saved for my gf =]
