Ann-Margret wet and messy? Splosh!
My movie guy tells me this is promotion for a 1975 movie called “Tommy”. Other people say it’s from 1966’s “The Swinger”. I haven’t tried to track it down in detail. However, this YouTube video clip from Tommy doesn’t look like the same sort of messy fun at all:
