It looks to me as if the bride is also sneering along to whatever her husband is doing or she might have been sneezing. Nonetheless, I do enjoy the line of art uses as well as the shading to give it a better appeal to the viewers.

For some reason I picture an erotic story behind this. A role play scenario or the bride’s ex-boyfriend finds her before her wedding. He spanks her for her poor choice in not picking him (which she likes) and then punishes her with some long dick. My imagination in over drive :)
