Not sure what’s funnier, the milk-lasers or the butt-hats.
I’ve been reading for a few years now and have yet to comment, but I was happy to finally be able to give some useful background info!
This GIF is from a web-only anime video called “Lingerie Soldier Papillion Rose” The original (and only as far as I know) episode was released solely on the internet. There were rumors of a full on TV series, but I’ve yet to see it come to fruition.
The whole 40-ish minute video was a parody of the popular Sailor Moon anime, all the way down to the talking cat guardian. While not completely pornographic (no actual sex shown), it was VERY innuendo-laden and quite humorous. I was lucky enough to obtain a fan-subtitled copy to watch, but honestly you can get enough laughs out of it without subtitles or knowing any Japanese.
I recommend anyone with a taste for good, odd, Japanese ecchi-humor to give this a watch! Sad that it never went beyond this, the animation was top-notch for this sort of project.
