If the widespread attribution of this quote to Arturo Toscanini is true, he was a sensible man with a keen grasp of priorities:

That’s witty and all, but I tend to agree more with Toscanini.
One activity makes your heart stronger, the other does not. Both tend to be habit-forming :D
