By now you know that with me, as often as not it’s the smile that makes the photograph. Any fool can give a girl enough money so that she’ll take off some clothes and stand there for the camera, but the photographer who can make her face light up? He’s a genius in my book:

I second that emotion. BTW, do you know what year this is from? Looks like the seventies.
Judging by the tilt of those curtains in the background, I like to think that she was an adventurous hitch-hiker, picked up in someone’s “hippie” van, in some small town on the side of the road.
…or maybe she’s a groupie in some band’s tour bus…
