Underdressed Cowboys
These cowboys seem badly underdressed for the fencing repair work that needs doing in their vicinity, but I suppose if you’re pretty enough, they let you get away dressing impractically:

I’m not sure they are underdressed.
Barbed wire has two threat modes: poking and catching. You need some thick clothing to prevent poking, and anything less than thick clothing increases the chance it gets caught on you. Light clothing is a detriment when dealing with anything that might catch in it.
