It’s a strange sub-genre of Japanese comic book art, the which I am not well enough versed in to categorize and name properly. But you see it now and again: explicit drawn porn where parts of the girl (well, usually it’s a girl) are drawn as a transparent anatomical cutaway so you can have a better view of the exaggerated sexing that’s going on:
