In 2012 and 2013 there was a Tumblr called “BADGIF” that specialized in pretty extreme .gifs. A lot of them were shock/grossout content, but some were just graphic closeups. This anal sex one was actually pretty tame for the channel:

I must admit I have a weakness for extreme close-ups of this type. When you can see every pore and hair and tightening of the skin and/or muscle. I remember badgif well; they were often reblogged on tumblr (before the apocalypse) and other similar sites
Speaking of the Tumblr Apocalypse, first it was on, then it wasn’t, but they’ve effectively banished all of the nudity, intercourse and other adult content, now it’s only cheesecake. They lost the first battle to the horny users, but the prudes won the war. Not sure how long it’ll last in the current state. Bacchus was right, again.
@Justin How long has it been since you visited Tumblr? Sure, it is not as “great” as it was, but adult content is present.
Pretty regularly. None of the old accounts I was following are still posting, and you apparently can’t search for the stuff by name anymore, unless there are secret hashtags I don’t know about.
