When done by a human it usually comes off as very vulgar. However the animation you posted makes it seem somehow sweet. I guess it all depends on the delivery…
Must be the pearls and/or the childlike puffed sleeves and drawn back long hair… Sweet if coming from Gwenneth Paltrow, but if coming from Joan Jett, not so much…
Maybe that depends on whether you like Jett or Paltrow better.
