ACLU Versus Child Porn Prosecutor
A while back I linked to Violet Blue’s column about the burgeoning effort to punish young people as “child pornographers” for sharing astonishingly tame semi-nude cell phone snaps with each other. Now, she’s back with news that the ACLU is beginning to get involved, suing one of the DAs in question for assorted violations of the teens’ civil rights.
This can only be a positive development; nothing ruins an over-assertive prosecutor’s grandstanding fun like having to defend or settle a budget-busting civil rights lawsuit.

the only good that might come out of this is a proper definition of what is child porn will be declared…
At least this teen’s parents seem to have their head’s screwed on right, the mother has said it was all very innocent. Btw, the DA is up for re-election soon
