Wow! Excellent serpent. I have seen a black-and-white reproduction of this painting before (It’s in Bram Dijkstra’s _Idols of Perversity_, p. 312, where it’s identified by the title “Sensuality” and given the date 1897.) But I’ve never seen it in color until now. Thanks!
