It means:
To Crepitus, protector of the stomach, benevolent deity.
But I like better yours: “Eleven Farts”
Romans concerned about Greenhouse effect ahead of their time?
with the dubious help of an online translator, it is either “God is the Keeper of the Farts” or “God is the Soother of Farts” or “God is in charge of soothing farts”
